We are pleased to assist you in managing all your requests for return or exchange. Our return policy is valid for some products only, for a period of 7 days from the day you receive the product

Products purchased can be returned and/or exchanged by emailing info@yitistore.com or at 0096878048002 . And please make sure to attach the order confirmation message, a copy of the delivery notice, and all accessories, if any

The product(s) must be in its original packaging and unopened, with the product's original order confirmation, delivery notice, and accessories 

If you would like us to pick up the product to be returned or exchanged from your home, delivery charges may apply

Keep the original packaging of the product to be returned for 7 days so that we can assist you with the return process. For more information, feel free to contact us and we will be glad to assist you

.Furniture products cannot be returned and/or exchanged unless they are broken

In the event of returning any product and payment was made online, the payment gateway company’s commission will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be returned within one working week
