السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، اشتريت منتج ولم يتواصل معي أحد، وكنت قد قبل الشراء تواصلت مع الرقم المعلن في السوق المفتوح وذكر لي بأن البضاعة بعد الشراء تستغرق ٧٢ ساعة مع التوصيل، وأنا اشتريتها على أمل استلامها بنفسي، وعندي ملاحظات، لا يوجد في التطبيق نظام المراسلة المباشرة للسؤال عن البضاعة لا قبل الشراء ولا بعدها، لا يوجد لديكم حسن إدارة بعد الشراء فكيف تكون هناك ثقة لدي المشتري، حيث لم يتواصل معي أحد وأنا الآن في اليوم الثالث، أرجو الرد.
I have ordered 3weeks ago nd now u guy said first my item mixed with other order then after 3week same excuse and asking to return the money I don't want money i want my item that i orderd nd person I contact now not replying been 2week u guys are scamming people or playing with our time nd emotions truly dissatisfied with how u guys work
